The Govt. College Rakkar has constituted the Parents Teacher’s Association (PTA). The objective of PTA is to make collective efforts in finding ways to improve performance areas of the institution such as cultural, academic, social and ethical. PTA is mainly formed for a basic reason of taking into account the welfare and education of the learners. Parents and teachers suggest ways and means of bringing up well educated, cooperative and perfectly behaved young citizens. Both parents and teachers seek effective ways of developing each child’s potentials. In order to help the institution, realize its purpose, parents can play important roles through PTA.

  • Every student is supposed to contribute Rs. 300/- per annum towards PTA fund.
  • The General House of the PTA is held in the month of July / August every year.
